Due to the highly sensitive nature of our peptides and research compounds, we cannot accept returns once a product has left our environmentally controlled facility. This zero-return policy guarantees that every client receives uncompromised, sterile batches directly from our laboratory.

Compromised Transit

If your package arrives physically damaged or structurally compromised during transit, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Include photographic evidence of the damaged vials and shipping exterior. We will issue a replacement for verified logistical failures.
